How much could it have cost?

Ice is already around $170 billion, which is roughly three times the budget of the Marine corps.
Most people can’t understand just how much money that is. $40 billion of that is going to building new detention centers and various kinds of concentration camps. That’s about $7m per ICE employee every year.

And the 21 B52s just chilling in England. Totally just going for a pleasure cruise.

What are they going to do, dig the material out of the destroyed facilities and fly it back?

I won’t get my hopes up. Some fancy lawyers will get paid by the taxpayer, and others by billionaires. Not a day behind bars.
Fun fact, criminal contempt of Congress requires a full vote for civil contempt, and then refers them DOJ to decide if they want to prosecute, which they likely decline.
They also can sent their Sergeant-at-Arms to arrest and bring her to Congress, and held until she complies.
