If they wanted the amendment to specifically apply to former slaves only, they would have said that. However, I doubt it would have been adopted if it didn’t apply to everyone.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
