    The tech people are smart. Technically smart.

    That does NOT mean they’re wise or have common sense.

    You need technical skill but also a mature adult in the room.

      No they’re not. They’re mostly CEOs. Their main skills are bullshitting, delegating and taking the fall when things go wrong. And they aren’t very good at the last one.

        i am not going to reserach every pick and i am in no way agreeing with the picjs but i do know off the top of my head that jensen huang and sergey brin are technical smart.

        also didnt marc anderson create mosaic with just one other guy?

        regardless, no one on there is a scientist.

          I mean doesn’t mean he is “smart”. I know I’ll get hate but look at apple Wozniak was smart and Jobs was an asshole and good at sales. Before anyone complains Jobs was notorious for not being nice.

      Not necessarily. A lot of tech bros are marketing bros who happen to work in tech.

        Yes, this. So very much this. The term “tech bro” is often applied to morons that may have their name attached to tech things.
