Donald Trump said Sunday that if no peace deal is reached with Iran in the next 48 hours, “we’re blowing up the entire country.”

The president made the threat Sunday to ABC News’ senior political correspondent Rachel Scott in response to a question regarding whether his previously stated timeline of two to three weeks for a deal was still accurate.

Concerns have been raised about targeting civilian infrastructure in Iran and the consequences that could bring.

Fuck off. Biden did nothing to stop the genocide. Kamala didn’t say she would do anything to stop the genocide. Trump did barely anything to stop the genocide. There was no electoral option to stop the genocide. ‘Oh teehee we said we wouldn’t vote for you because your evil policy but we just don’t want that meanie trump’ is just setting yourself up to have any future demands safely ignored.

The truth is the majority of the gaza genocide direct killings happened under the watch of the Biden/Harris admin and has mostly slowed since trump took office, mostly because there’s nothing left to bomb except the refugee camps.

Just because you personally don’t care when a democrat does it that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

Trump was not ever going to try to stop it, he supports genocide and war crimes. Remember him telling Israel to “finish the job in Gaza”?

Republican Donald Trump has called US President Joe Biden “a very bad Palestinian” who doesn’t want to help Israel “finish the job” against Hamas in its war on Gaza.

“He doesn’t want to do it. He’s become like a Palestinian – but they don’t like him because he’s a very bad Palestinian, he’s a weak one,” former president Trump said in the first presidential debate with Biden on Thursday in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ok now show me the quote where Kamala said she would stop giving Israel bombs to drop on children.

Material reality does not change if you’re gleeful about the genocide or ‘expressing serious concerns’ about the genocide.

Some of us care about reality a hell of a lot more than optics.

Are you actually gloating about the fact that the electoral pressure to stop the genocide failed? You are disgusting. I’d kill myself if I was half as much of a freak as you are.

Not gloating, responding to your comment about caring more about reality than optics… Seems outrageous to say given the circumstance and outcome. It’s too on the nose unless you’re trolling…

The genocide was not worse under trump just because he didn’t pretend to feel bad about it. ‘The outcome’ was mostly under biden’s watch and kamala gave every indication that she would continue to give israel free reign. Trump and kamala had virtually identical stances on the genocide in practice.

All she had to do was say she would stop giving them bombs. Direct your ire towards the genocidal freaks who refused to compromise on continuing the genocide.

I’m going to actually choose to focus my ire towards the people actively committing genocide, releasing the gestapo on their own citizens, putting people into concentration camps, and actively eliminating my voting and civil rights. There is such thing as a lesser evil than what we now have, and I’m not going to blame them for the things the current evil is doing, regardless of how much I hate them both.

You’re advocating for more harm because your unrealistic ideals are simply unachievable and there is no such thing as a perfect candidate, especially in America as it currently stands. It’s wishful childish nonsense. Get a fucking grip.

“I’m not playing!” Doesn’t mean the game is canceled. It just means you prefer failure over compromise.

I’ll ask you again; who was your candidate?

“unrealistic ideals” of a non-genocidal candidate.

I didn’t have one dumbass. The only viable candidates had the same stance on the genocide.

It just means you prefer failure over compromise.

What like Kamala? The person who had infinitely more power to not put Trump into power than I did?

Why are you demanding that leftists compromise and support the genocide instead of demanding that the DNC compromise? Am I supposed to read that as anything other than you support the genocide? You love genocide so much that it was worth putting trump into office to make sure that it happened?

                    to repeat myself again

I would have maybe a single ounce of sympathy for the lib side of this argument if the stakes were lower. ‘You don’t always get everything you want’ is a hell of a lot more convincing if the left had refused to play ball over healthcare reform or something. But jesus christ ‘don’t do genocide’ is the lowest possible bar to clear and Kamala still refused.
