The headquarters is going to Utah. Every regional office is being shuttered. The research program is being destroyed.

He needs the money for his wars.

He ran on starting no wars, and now that’s literally ALL he wants to do. Next on his list is Cuba, and now it looks like Greenland is looking interesting again.
