This facility was temporarily closed when environmentalists sued and won, but reopened after they lost upon appeal.
A sad side observation is that Waseerman Schultz is still in office.
I imagine she was very pleased finding people in cages like that. Probably rubbing her fingers together cackling like mr smithers from south park.
