I didn’t see anything in the article, so can anyone tell me if it happened to also feed data to the current crop of greedy info-vampires? Who developed it and what network and data systems it fed through? I know it was “the government” and I also know that usually means an outside vendor developed it under an RFP.
It concerns me they think it’s about optics and not about strategic concerns around getting equipment from a potential future enemy who might build in sabotage capacity.
As I understand it, they also don’t get to take any treaty or federal land with them. And they don’t seem to realize they’d have to take their percentage of the national debt, develop their own currency system, etc. (unless they want to be a US territory, because no way they’ll get to be a state)
if everyone is bullied, then I take they won’t mind if some people drop by to bully them? I have some free time.
